Shipping policy

Shipping within Australia.

  • $10 flat fee for regular post on orders up to $100

  • FREE regular post for orders over $100

  • $15 flat fee for express post orders

  • FREE local home/workplace delivery to postcodes 7248, 7249, 7250 and 7258 for orders over $50. Must be physical address, not PO Box.

When you place your Kunzea Tasmania order online, you will be sent an email confirming that we have received your order. When your order is dispatched, we will send you another email letting you know that it's on its way. Australia Post tracking will be applied to your order.
Each order may be sent to only one delivery address. Please ensure the address is correct. Once your order is being carried by Australia Post, we have no control over it. 
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after you place the order. Whenever we can, we will ship the following business day if the order is received by 4pm. 
You can expect that regular postage will arrive within 2-10 business days after dispatch - depending on where it's going! Express post should arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
We use 100% biodegradable/compostable 'packing peanuts' in our retail orders to fill space and keep products safe on their journey. We encourage you to re-use them where you can; add them to your compost; or simply put them in your garden and they will break down. See our discover page for more details. 

International Shipping.

The countries that we currently ship to internationally are:

  • New Zealand - flat rate international post $25.

  • United States of America - flat rate international post $25.

All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Orders shipped out of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs fees and other charges by the USA or NZ. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. Kunzea Tasmania does not have any control over the parcels once shipped or fees that may be applied.
